We are Shamanic Way of Light Aya Church, a non-denominational spiritual organization offering community worship, sacred practice, educational workshops, and retreats. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive container for spiritual connection and personal growth. Where sacramental use is offered, it is done only in jurisdictions where it is lawful and under protocols that prioritize health, consent, and safety.
We believe in 1) a Divine Source that expresses itself through all creation and guides humanity toward truth, healing, and inner awakening; 2) that the sacrament of Ayahuasca is a holy communion with the Divine, and; 3) that each person carries a sacred inner light and that the purpose of spiritual practice is to realign with this light, cultivate peace, and embody compassion.
Our doors are open to all adults who are called to walk a sacred path of healing, transformation, and community. We welcome seekers regardless of background, faith tradition, or identity. Our ceremonies — including Ayahuasca, Rapé, Sananga, and Kambô — are conducted with reverence, integrity, and guided by spiritual leaders.
We offer regular worship services (ceremonies) and retreats that are publicly accessible to those who complete our enrollment or application process.
The sacrament of Ayahuasca is all about inner work, and you should always carry an open heart to receive from divine source. No matter what energy you may be carrying, good or bad, we will be with you every step of the way.
All U.S. Shamans and facilitators were originally trained under a family of Shamans from Brazil and then ordained in the states. We try to take a group to Brazil twice a year for retreats focused on mission work and spiritual education.
